About 3D Laser BW

Since 2011, 3D Laser BW has specialized in Additive Manufacturing (AM) using the Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) process – also known as Selective Laser Melting (SLM).
The service portfolio covers all upstream and downstream process steps. The specialists at 3D Laser BW support customers along the entire value chain: from design optimization for 3D printing, through precision 5-axis machining, to surface finishing and heat treatment.
In addition to additive manufacturing, 3D Laser BW is also a recognized specialist for complex machining processes in 5-axis technology. This enables the efficient production of highly complex geometries – both as a standalone service and in combination with additive manufacturing.
Since 2018, 3D Laser BW has been part of the BENSELER Group. For more than 60 years, the BENSELER Group has been one of the leading providers in the fields of coatings, surface finishing, deburring, and electrochemical machining of series parts, with its two business units Coatings and Deburring.
